Students soak in Himalaya's 'Winter Wonders'

The phrase 'experiential learning' took on new meaning as students from India's two premier engineering colleges spent a fruitful week in the company of Abhiyan Trackers, soaking in the winter wonders of North India.

Students of Goa Engineering College, Panjim, and Marwari Engineering College, Rajkot, enjoyed the splendors of an educational visit and winter trekking to the most resplendent spots in the country's northern regions.

As part of their educational visit stint, the students visited Amritsar, Manali, Simla, Chandigarh, Delhi, and Agra. This was topped off with a breathtaking winter trek in Solang Valley.

But as they say, pictures speak a thousand words. So scroll down to see amazing shots of the programme. Enjoy!
